Our toilets were sluggish, sink in bathroom would not a drain and our main drain needed some work. We called Roto-Rooter and our technician arrived within the timeframe quoted. Our technician, Raymond was the best. He was courteous patient and very knowledgeable. I used patient as one of the adjectives to describe him because our job was a challenge. He kept trying different tools and avenues until our plumbing issues were solved. Even a clog that my husband thought he would have to tackle was fixed. To Raymond: Thank so much for your service and for all the advice you gave us for preventive maintenance!! Paula and James B. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3-26-11 3/26/2011

Only a flood under my kitchen sink could get me to clean out cabinets on my day off! Picture this...dishwasher full and running and dishes soaking in the sink. I see water running out of the sink cabinet and across the floor 10 feet to the back door. I called Roto-Rooter as soon as I got the water stopped and they said they would be out within 2 hours. A few minutes later I got a call that Steve would be at my house within 45 minutes. Steve called and confirmed the address and was here before 45 minutes. The pipe leak was an easy and quick repair but as Steve was checking his work he noticed the drain was clogged and repaired that as well! I will call them again if have ANY plumbing issue. Steve was pleasant, informative, neat and made a BAD situation almost pleasant! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/17/11 2/27/2011

We woke up to find the main drain backed up with sewage on a Sunday morning and didn't think that we'd be able to get someone out to work on it. Called Roto-Rooter for a plumber and an hour after our call a very kind and knowledgable service tech from Saint Charles came out, analyzed the problem and within a few hours our problem was cleared. Thanks! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - Service Call in Warrenton MO 24 Feb 2011: While having a new clothes washer installed the cold water hose spigot in the house plumbing broke due to excessive corrosion & shot water all over the laundry room. Having recently moved to Warrenton from IL we called Roto-Rooter after shutting off the water to the house. They were REALLY on the ball ... their plumber Manuel arrived in less than an hour! He was VERY courteous, professional & proficient. He had the problem diagnosed & taken care of within 30 minutes! A great guy & a great job ... THANKS! more

In spite of the snow on the ground, we had a very good experience with Roto-Rooter as we always have had. We have been using Roto-Rooter for preventive maintenance (we had our main stack cleaned out) for almost ten years, and are impressed with their thoroughness, cleanliness, and advice. We trust their opinions and don't feel as though they will give us misguided information. Today, we had Shawn who was pleasant, very thorough, and was very careful in keeping the snow and dirt outside. more
