I have worked with Paul twice now in a very short period and both have been great. I had bought a used 2000 Lincoln LS only 3 months ago and decided I wanted to upgrade to a 2006 LS V8 they had on their lot (saw it online). I called Paul and told him what I wanted and asked if there was anything he could do for me. I was pretty skeptical as I had just bought the other car a few months ago and you're usually upside down for quite a while after a purchase. Paul worked out a VERY fair deal with me that basically worked out to a wash between the two cars (the 2006 being a bit more expensive of course). I may have paid a little bit for my impatience to get a V8 LS but it was minimal at best, and well worth it I might add! I would highly recommend dealing with Spradley and Paul in particular as he makes the experience both fair and simple (I walked in to the dealership at 5:30 and drove away in my new ride at 6:45, everything worked out over the phone for the most part). The only thing I'd ever say about the dealership is that their detail guys have a bit to learn about cleaning a car. They get it cleaned but I wouldn't call it detailed. I'm pretty picky though.
