Review content:
Good: The doctors were friendly and answered my questions during the office visit.. Bad: Office staff & vet techs not well trained, or very friendly. I don't usually get called back when I call with questions(happened several times). They're usually running late, and don't apologize for it. They've made billing errors, medication errors, and errors with what my dogs needed(said they were due for something when it was in their chart they were up to date). I also believe they nickel and dime you for everything.. Improvements: More training!. Other: One time a vet tech was suppose to hold my dog for the vet and she didn't even know how to properly hold him. There are many examples I can give but the last straw was when they made an error with my dogs medication. I simply value my dogs too much and don't trust them anymore..
