Review content:
Good: My doctor, Kathleen Ingram. She is very thorough and attentive to your questions and concerns. I have tried going to other hospitals at the beginning of my pregnancies, and always end up back with Dr. Ingram. The hospital staff for the most part is wonderful during and after delivery.. Bad: The front desk staff sometimes seem annoyed and unless you have the earliest morning appointment, plan to WAIT, especially after lunch.. Improvements: They need to not schedule so many patients at the same time. I usually have to wait there a minimum of 20 minutes to be seen, and has been up to 2 hours in the waiting room.. Other: A few of the nurses I've had over my 4 deliveries there have been very difficult and I would not want them again, but I have learned to just ask for a different nurse. :) I love Dr. Ingram, so it's worth it..
