My husband and I were looking for a new 2010 Mazda3 hatchback in Celestial Blue for our 18-year-old son who will be going off to college in a few months. I wanted a reliable, safe car for him more than anything else. We started our search in Colorado Springs where we live, and the customer service at Bob Penkhus was terrible. The salesman was indifferent to us and almost rude on occasion. They gave us a car to test drive that was dirty, low tire pressure, and on empty. We said "no thanks" and looked elsewhere. I did an internet search for the car and found Spradley Barr had one. I initiated contact through e-mail, and we had purchased our new car within 24 hours. The process was wonderful, and I really felt like they valued our business. That's the way I like to be treated when I am spending twenty thousand dollars! I will recommend this dealership in a heartbeat, and I have already done so twice already. We will be looking for another new car in a couple of years for my husband, and I already know we will be starting with Spradley Barr.
