I normally don't get massages, but I have received some from some high end spas in the past. In this case, during my morning run, I heard a pop in my tendon while going up to a hill. So I needed an emergency massage to reduce the extreme tightness in my tendon and to allow me to walk properly. I called and they were able to squeeze in an appointment with me with Paul. The front desk was extremely personable and asked some pertinent questions to determine the type of massage I needed and match me up with Paul who has handled cases or sports related injuries. Paul was extremely professional, efficient and effective in his massage. I credit him with my very fast recovery from my injury. I signed up for the monthly massage plan and I am looking forward to my monthly massages. I would highly recommend Elements to my friend.s
