I purchased a new LCD television last week from Best Buy and scheduled installation thru Best Buy. My experience with Best Buy started with poor service but I put up with bad sales service because I thought I was getting such a great deal. Install day started three hours later than promised so I must admit, I was already upset. Then the installer said he could not run wires down the wall where I had my heart set on having the television. He ran wires down the adjacent wall and ran across outside. After the Best Buy kid left, I started thinking there must be a better solution. A friend recommended Maximum Audio Video on Dale Mabry. The experience was night and day! They offered me better television at the same price and they truly performed a professional installation. Now all of my wires are hidden and they ran them down the wall Best Buy said no way. Maximum surely has a great team. I couldnt be happier with the deal. Better picture, better installation and people that know what they are doing. Good job Maximum!! Thank you Andy and Gordon.
