I called them on Wednesday when my air conditioner was just blowing and not cooling. I was a little upset when they called me back around 4 that afternoon and told me that because of how busy they were because of the heat that I would have to be resceduled for the next day. I was pleasingly surprised when they told me that because they couldn't get to me that day that they would come out the next day and do the service for free. This sounded too good to be true but sure enough they had a service man at my house at 9AM Thursday mornning. The best part is that they recharged my AC forn the cost of the freon only with no charge for labor. I only paid $34 for a freon recharge which they told me was the cost of the freon that they used to recharge my AC. I'm telling everyone I know to call this company for service and to hope that they are so busy that they cant get to you so that you get the service for free. Make sure that you call in before noon for service and request service thae same day and then hope that they call you and ask you to reschedule. If you have the time to wait it out this is the best deal in town.
Pros: I got my AC recharged for $34 and no one believes me that it was that cheap
Cons: I had to wait until the next day to get it done
