I wish it were possible to give less than one star.
The management at Riverside Parks makes a good location into a terrible home. Expect to be shown a unit that is quite different from the one you'll be rented. Expect that the apartment will be dirty, so that you'll need to take time to clean, and will have to deal with scratched, leaky fixtures, torn window screens, wasps nests and perpetual spider infestations.
Expect the office management to be rude and incompetent. Expect not to receive your utilities on time, and then to have threatening notices because you never were informed of what you owed. Expect dog excrement and broken glass over the property. Expect inflated fees when you move out so that you won't see your deposit again!
Not what I'd expect any professionally run business, let alone one in this price range. Save yourself a lot of trouble: choose someplace else.
