We got a car with an great finance rate, the called a week after to tell me it had gone up to 10% - pushy sales people, incompetent Chris Osborne and Jim Osborn BS
The sales man was a 19 YO kid named NICK.
They shouldn't play with people emotions by giving you a car then have to return it cos their stupid Finance Director - (EMMA) can't finance at the rate that you signed on! OH and then be treated like you are a delinquent!
NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! there is BETTER dealerships outthere! and without the "Risky Osborn BS Approach"
