Review content:
In September 2009, we adopted a dog from a rescue shelter in Barrington, Illinois. We were told at that time, he was being "fostered" at Muddy Paws and we were told she just fostered dogs. I thank god we got our "Lobo" when we did as this was apparently right around the time this situation started. After reading severals of the news reports, I went to Lobo and gave him the biggest, longest hug he has ever had!!! Ms. Eldrup told us, at the time we picked him up from her, that he wasn't a "good eater" and was on the thin side because of that. In the lobby of her business were stacks and stacks of dog food, so I am very confused as to how she could NOT be feeding these animals. She also told us she only had 3 dogs that she was "fostering" and no other animals. I am still confused as to how all this happened, but again thank god we got at least one dog out of her hands
