I was referred to Brooks Fine Jewelry by Dayer Jewelers last summer when I wanted a customer piece done and was surprised to find out that Brooks was the only jeweler in Conway who actually did the custom work right here. While in the store, I fell in love with the slide bracelets and the possibilities they brought. Particularly with my heirloom jewelry which was just sitting in my jewelry box at home. Jeff was able to make slides out of the first good ring my mother gave to me as a child, my father's fraternity pin, and an old birthstone and diamond ring which had deteriorated, even the top of my old class ring which I dearly loved but never wore any longer due to the fact the I always wear my wedding ring and anniversary rings that my husband has given me. The slide bracelet Brooks has made for me is not only beautiful – it holds great meaning to me, tells a beautiful store and I get to show off all my meaningful jewelry once again.
