I recently bought a vehicle from Coon Rapids Nissan. The Sales Consultant, Todd, was very friendly. I purchased the vehicle based on the information they provided about the vehicle's MPG rating. I unfortunately found that the vehicle received 10 MPG's less than advertised. When I went back 5-6 days later, the Sales Manager Mark politely told me to screw off. He did however offer me $1,000 less than I paid 400 miles ago. When I spoke with General Manager, he told me that it was because it's winter. Not taking responsibility for the false advertising on their vehicles. If you are looking for a place to simply buy a car and have no follow up or Customer Service, then this is the place to go. If you take pride in Customer Service or a retailer standing behind their products and making sure you are happy with your purchase, then I suggest that you look anywhere else than Coon Rapids Nissan! I gave this a rating of 1 star because I had to give at least 1.
