Just bought a great Monte Carlo from Jake. Good guy personally refuled my new used car. The dealer ship refused to even fill it up... Jake worked the best he could for what I need...

Worked with both Jake and Jason and both were top notch, Very easy to work with, No pressure buying, I was having Issues due to a bad Back injury with the 1st car I bought and both guys worked Very hard to find me the right Car. Great service department! 5/20/2011

I knew this was supposed to be a Nissan dealership and I started going there for regular maintenance on my Pathfinder. I mentioned my 1987 Cougar to them and was looking for someone to fix it. I had brought it several places in the past--each of them telling me there was nothing wrong with it. I knew there was. John and Gary spent almost 2 weeks going over that car and found the problems and fixed them! The Cougar hasn't run this great in years! The Cougar even had enough in her to beat a few cars from a red light while barely trying! The Coug is back and running great and I have John and Gary to thank! Many many thanks--I thought I was going to have to give up! I will continue to take my Mercury and my Nissan to C.R. Nissan! more

Fair and Honest Deal 5/8/2011

My wife and I just purchased a 2011 Murano from Coon Rapids Nissan. We looked & test drove a half dozen competitors in this class. We dealt with a patient Wade Gilbertson, visiting with him several times while we narrowed our choice. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we felt comfortable during the process. He explained Nissan's 'no haggle' policy and highlighted all the vehicles features. more

Excellent Sales Rep–Jake Nicholson. Highly recommend this location & this particular sales rep. Jake was personal, professional, and extremely knowledge - “Service Excellence Plus”. We were in the market for a mini-van, test drove several vehicles prior, specifically at Carlson Toyota in CR & Honda Buerkle in WBL. At Carlson the rep was not knowledge about the products, at Buerkle extremely pushy, arrognant, borderline rude. The combo of Jake’s expertise, great team at this location overall, & phenomenal product caused us to purchase a 2011 Nissan Quest. We LOVE our choice, and plan on going back to Jake for our next vehicle. P.S. New Car Sales Department 1/16/2011

I was working with Jason B. over at Coon Rapids Nissan, he worked very hard to put together the deal on my new 2011 Murano. They gave me a great trade-in value (best around) & called me when Nissan offered the latest 0% finance. He was very professional & was great to work with. This is my third new Murano in a row, so I would rate my experience at 5 stars out of 5. I research everything I do so trust me when I say they went out of their way to please me. Great Job! more

"Coon Rapids Nissan" Let's start with Wade Gilbertson my sales person, I won't buy a car unless Wade is involved, matter of fact I have bought three cars from Wade, he goes above and beyond to make sure he keeps you in your price range and in a quality automobile. I just love Coon Rapids Nissan. No idea of what Customer Service is! 12/30/2010

I recently bought a vehicle from Coon Rapids Nissan. The Sales Consultant, Todd, was very friendly. I purchased the vehicle based on the information they provided about the vehicle's MPG rating. I unfortunately found that the vehicle received 10 MPG's less than advertised. When I went back 5-6 days later, the Sales Manager Mark politely told me to screw off. He did however offer me $1,000 less than I paid 400 miles ago. When I spoke with General Manager, he told me that it was because it's winter. Not taking responsibility for the false advertising on their vehicles. If you are looking for a place to simply buy a car and have no follow up or Customer Service, then this is the place to go. If you take pride in Customer Service or a retailer standing behind their products and making sure you are happy with your purchase, then I suggest that you look anywhere else than Coon Rapids Nissan! I gave this a rating of 1 star because I had to give at least 1. more

love my car 9/14/2010

Just went back to owning a car after 12 years of driving several suv's. My husband talked me into trying a car again for the gas mileage. After visiting several dealerships and test driving lots of cars and disliking them all, we finally visited Coon Rapids Nissan. I had been in 2 months earlier looking for an suv and when my husband and I got there 2 of the men who helped me the first time recalled my name and made me feel very welcomed. I told them I was there to look at a car this time and Tyler helped me pick out the Altima that I walked out with and love! Thank you Tyler and Jake for an awesome experience! more
