The following testimonial was sent to My Home after the job they did earlier this year at our NYC apartment. - Dear Ben and Yoel - We apologize for the delay in writing this. We've been busy enjoying our new bathroom. We can't begin to tell you how pleased we were in dealing with both of you from start to finish. Ben, your attentiveness, patience and thoroughness was much needed and comforting when taking on what to us was a pretty massive project. Your response time to questions was almost comical, as it was like your turnaround time with answers to our questions could be measured in mere minutes. Yes, we had lots of questions! Yoel, on the job you, Goga and your craftsmen were outstanding. I've got a background in furniture making and can really appreciate careful attention to detail and your guys are truly masters. The very few issues that needed attention and follow up were handled gracefully and with immaculate care and customer service. Of particular note, especially as the reliability of contractors in general always seems to be a contentious issue; We could almost set our clocks by the punctuality of your guys. No kidding, if they were "late", it was maybe by one minute as they knocked on the door at 9:01 am, likely because they waited for the elevator.
All in all, VERY impressive from start to finish! Please feel free to use us as a reference and send any potential client our way for a testimonial if you'd like. We'd be more than happy to share our experiences doing business with My Home.
