RIP OFF ALERT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a joke this place is.. Nothing is ever covered under warranty. So we paid to have the board fixed, they took the payment. Then said that we tracked mud onto thier rug. They told us to rent a steam cleaner to clean THEIR carpets. Are you seroius!!! Who asks a customer to clean thier catpets... We told them we were NOT going to clean thier carpets.. So they refused to fix our defective board....and refused to issue a refund for the board repair. Guess we will see them in court..
