I spent over $1000 here on a new pair of skis, boots, poles, ski pants, goggles, helmets for my kids, gloves, etc. One of the poles bent within minutes of it's first use, a $10 pole. They would not replace it, told me it was "user error". I had a pair of poles for 25 years before this pair, they never bent. A Thousand dollars I spent, and they won't replace a $10 pole. I'll spent my next Thousand Dollars somewhere else next year. FYI, the place in Pittsford Plaza is owned by the same person...I won't go there either!
