I am awaiting resolution of a situation with Richair on a defective Sanyo unit. The unit was installed and then nonfunctional. Richair informed me since I was not in New York they could not be of assistance. I am now dealing with a $721.00 repair bill which thus far Richair has not resolved. When this issue is resolved I will write an updated review of Richair. Sacramento, CA
