Mitsubishi A/C with Heat Pump 6/24/2013

The service was incredibly good. They installed two mini ductless mitsubishi units in our wine store, Blue Angel Wines. They showed up on time, even adjusted their schedule to meet our store's hours last minute. Sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. Would have like to have known the anticipated KW usage, but that is hard. Two weeks later, So far the system works extremely well! more

It was a pleasure to deal with Peter D from Richair. He was very professional and sold us three ductless Panasonic ac/heating units. The installers were very professional and efficient. The service technician arrived to insure that our units were working properly. We are very pleased with the efficiency of these units. Peter d is always available to answer your questions. I would highly recommend Richair Solutions for your ductless ac and heating units. My experience with Peter D. Was very pleasant and positive. He is a true professional. I purchased 3 indoor Panasonic units as well as one outdoor unit. They were installed over a period of two days by two very professional installers. Next, the service technician came to insure that the units were installed properly and in good working order. I am very pleased with my units and the high level of service that I received from this company. Peter D. Takes a lot of time with his clients and is a pleasure to deal with. I want to say thank Richair Comfort Solutions for making my home energy efficient with the ductless air conditioning and heating system that your team installed. Unfortunately Hurricane Sandy came and destroyed all the air conditioners so I thought it was time to find a better solution. I called Peter D from your company Richair and he was terrific. He came to the house and reviewed our situation and helped us select the units that would work for us. The units look great and are extremely quiet. I look forward to savings on my gas and electric bill. Your professional team from beginning to end were outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with the installation and the units (total of 4 inside and 2 outside). Thank you for a great product and employees that know their jobs well. more

Richair is great 7/24/2011

I called numerous companies for an estimation to install new ductless air conditioning system. The Richair Comfort Solutions appeared the most professional and knowledgeable. Richair' consultant patiently spent time explaining my options and which ductless mini split systems are available today. I took their advice and I am really happy with my new ductless system. This fall I will buy tankless water heater or tankless boiler from them. I am sure Richair is the right choice. more

these guys are the best they were very proffesional.they covered my rooms with plastic before they did any work.they also explained all the different model of ac from the cheap ones to the good ones and make you feel like family not strangers will recomend them to all my friends and family thanks peter from your new friend mohamed alli more

This company is one of the best in the industry. If all other companies in ductless air conditioning business were like this would be much better for all. Complete the mini split installation in no time, and even covered with their extended 5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, no other contractor can do that! Recommend to all who likes high quality work. more

Called them to fix a broken ductless mini split system 1/19/2011

Good: As promised Richair's services were the best I ever received from any air conditioning company. Fast, punctual, gave me price to fix my ductless mini split air conditioner, and after repair the price did not change - kept their promise, did not give me stories and excuses, just did their job.. Bad: A little expensive compare to others. But I appreciate their service. I have received what I paid for.. Improvements: Open a showroom in our area. So far there is only one showroom of such kind.. Other: I called them to fix another contractors' mistake - another contractor installed my new ductless mini split system. It never worked right. Would highly recommend this company to everyone.. more

Purchased HVAC 12/24/2010

I am awaiting resolution of a situation with Richair on a defective Sanyo unit. The unit was installed and then nonfunctional. Richair informed me since I was not in New York they could not be of assistance. I am now dealing with a $721.00 repair bill which thus far Richair has not resolved. When this issue is resolved I will write an updated review of Richair. Sacramento, CA more

Cool! 12/24/2009

Want to have an air conditioner installed with fun and pleasure? You need to live in Maspeth then as this is the place where Richair Comfort Solutions resides. Not sure about pleasure though as it depends on many factors but their process of ductless air conditioners installation is really FUN! They like to joke about anything and besides they do their work professionaly and fast. The fastest mini split installation company, I reckon. I would not even think that there is a company that will not charge you for reconsideration of the place of install. Sweet!?? more

This is the best contractor I have ever used... They quoted installation price over the phone, came to install the system and charged me EXACTLY what they quoted. Other contractors quote less just to win the job, then add lots of extras to build the price. Highly recommend the Richair Comfort Solutions! more

Best air conditioners! 11/26/2009

I was really very satisfied addressing Rich air solutions as all the pluses dealing with them are cool: the guys were on time, they brough me a new ductless air conditioner and installed it momentarily! The stuff was very patient with whatever changes there may have been. Rich air solutions is the company I will use in the future if I need to change my air conditioner. Pros: Fast and professional Cons: So far aren't any more
