i was so tired of going to all these formal dress shops with stuck up people who only helped you if you looked like you had money! charisma helped me right away and made the experience pleasant and very easy i told them that i need a bridal gown, i sat down and marked what i liked and the consultant pulled everything and was very nice and i found the perfect dress! the owner was also very helpful and gave me a good deal on our tuxedos! i would recommend charisma to anyone! ohhh and the boots they had were supper cute
