Good: Their service here in Dayton, Tennessee, used to be topnotch and fairly priced so I switched to them from another local company who has the same troubles delivering gas that UPG now has. UPG is unable to deliver after several phone calls over two months, so go elsewhere if you need propane in the cold weather. I always pay promptly so I do not know what their problem is.... Bad: Unfilled promises instead of blunt honesty. If they would have said they could not take care of me this time around for a lack of a driver, no fuel, or whatever, I would have ordered elsewhere and later called upon them again. I am a reasonable person. I understand bottlenecks, employee absences, mechanical problems, etc. They never called me and they never delivered anything either in over two months. They are undependable and very poorly run. No way will I ever order from them again!. Improvements: I really do not care anymore what they do. If they really are in the propane business they should run theirs like one, and "furlough" their office help who cannot be honest and upfront with the customers who really need propane deliveries in the cold weather!. Other: Save yourself the time, money, and shivers because you will need to have a good woodstove by the time UPG in Dayton, Tennessee, gets around to you..
