Review content:
Good: My first impression of the business over the phone: fair mechanics, fair prices.. Bad: Being lied to. Knowing that they had no problem quoting $1300 in unnecessary repairs. Pushy warranty sales.. Improvements: New management. Honest mechanics. Truthful people trying to earn business by doing quality work at a fair price, instead of scamming first time customers to make a quick buck.. Other: Initially came in for alignment service since I noticed uneven tire wear. Alignment warranties pushed on me (4 times before even dropping the keys off). They quoted me 1300 in ball joint repairs. 2nd and 3rd opinion from other shops said ball joints did not need to be replaced. Precision tune guys assured me that I'd be back once I got the other opinions.
Cocky/non-friendly attitude, Blatant lying, dishonest team. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra 10 to $20 for better service, and fewer headaches..
