I have worked in DSW for half year. this DSW on stevens creek blvd. is not very good. I don't think customers would like to come back again for anything other than cheaper designer shoes. The customer service is bad, and the managers... they don't know how to manage. The floor could be messy sometimes, and there're like 30 camaras on the ceiling that watch you. But if you want to look for a pair for cheap designer shoes, go there. It gots tons of shoes, heels, sandle, comfortable shoes, tennis shoes...etc. Good luck finding one there.
