Oh my goodness, I absolutely love this store! You think you've seen stores with a lot of shoes, but I don't think any of them can challenge DSW when it comes to variety and the sheer volume of shoes. They carry all the current styles for the season at a price that is slightly lower than the suggested retail price. The sales people aren't annoying, though might offer you a bag every now and then to help carry all the goods. They don't ask if you need help every five minutes, but they are readily available and willing if you do need some help. The have a fabulous clearance section all along the back wall that offers significant savings from the already low prices in the store. It's organized by size so it's easy to find a perfect fit. I think everyone looking for shoes needs to come here at least once. Or maybe go to the San Francisco branch--I hear that one is even larger. more

If you have the patience to search through what seems like millions and millions of shoes at this store or if shoes are your passion i would suggest going here because sometimes you can find killer deals. Or if you have very little patience for messy places and an overwhelming amount of shoes, then I would not suggest going here. At DSW they have every type of shoe imaginable, sandals, running shoes, nice work shoes, evening shoes, sandals, etc. They even have bags and little accessories. It can be a one stop shop for a quick birthday gift for a girl. more

They have shoes for women here. This warehouse is gigantic and they stock hundreds of shoes. Their prices are low and they always have a sales rack to give you even more discounts! There are lots of employees around if you ever need any help. There is a huge selection to chooses from and you can spend hours in there! more

I have worked in DSW for half year. this DSW on stevens creek blvd. is not very good. I don't think customers would like to come back again for anything other than cheaper designer shoes. The customer service is bad, and the managers... they don't know how to manage. The floor could be messy sometimes, and there're like 30 camaras on the ceiling that watch you. But if you want to look for a pair for cheap designer shoes, go there. It gots tons of shoes, heels, sandle, comfortable shoes, tennis shoes...etc. Good luck finding one there. more
