We have done the tepenyaki twice. The cook was great and personable but that was where the service began and ended. Both times we were set and reserved for a seeting, the first time they sat us an hour late and provided horrible service. Stupid us decided to give them a second shot, this time only a half hour late and service was twice as bad. Rarely saw out waitress, the non grill food was not delivered until the dinner and show was over. We called over the General manager to complain, but she just does not get it. She is clearly not capable of handeling a restaurant like this, instead of hiring friends a restaurant manager is probably the way to go. Wont do dinner again, at least while she is managing, which is sad because I love Tepenyaki and the place is walking distance to my house. Pros: Tepenyaki Cons: Poorly Managed
