I would not go to Lynn Community Health Care if my fiancial situation didn't wattent it. The Staff do not care, they know there are 100 people behind you, I had a receptionist, Iris avoid my eyes and wait 5 minutes . fixing her desk, etc before asking me what i needed. When she finally did she could not find the document I needed to fill out to make a appointment. I asked if I could make one and fill out information when i came for appointment. NO. their scheduling is screwed up also if you call for a appointment sometimes you cannot make on that day! call back after weelend, etc
However I now have a very nice provider. Dr. Airen, who listens, and helps me. there scheduling
