I would not go to Lynn Community Health Care if my fiancial situation didn't wattent it. The Staff do not care, they know there are 100 people behind you, I had a receptionist, Iris avoid my eyes and wait 5 minutes . fixing her desk, etc before asking me what i needed. When she finally did she could not find the document I needed to fill out to make a appointment. I asked if I could make one and fill out information when i came for appointment. NO. their scheduling is screwed up also if you call for a appointment sometimes you cannot make on that day! call back after weelend, etc However I now have a very nice provider. Dr. Airen, who listens, and helps me. there scheduling more

low cost health care 12/1/2005

I have had to go here on many occasions. There is never enough parking, and if you can find a space then you have to worry about how safe it is(not very). The staff is fairly nice, but the doctors never spend enough time looking at you or talking to you to find out what is realy wrong with you. So if your not working or low income then this is about the only low/no cost option, but if you have any type of insurance I say find another place to go. more
