I have never written a review for anything before but feel compelled to do so after reading some of the other reviews. I brought my 11 year old Papillion dog in when she began to having seizures. It was a very serious situation and the Vets ( I saw more than one throughout the ordeal) were superb. They treated me with dignity and respect. There was at one point where we discussed the possibility of putting my dog asleep. I unexpectedly was overcome with emotion and started to cry…the Vet immediately shut the door so the other workers in the back of the office couldn’t see and gave me some privacy until I regained my composure. They took the time to watch my dog over a period of days and were able to regulate her medicine where she could have some quality of life. My dog is doing well today but ONLY because of the patience and expertise of the staff at Coastal.
