Good: Nothing. Bad: I did not like the fact that when I received service I could not get payment plans, but the older woman with a Great Dane that went before me could.. Improvements: Better customer service and employee knowledge. Fair treatment for all customers.. more

A couple of the ladies at the front desk have zero personality and really do treat you like you are an annoyance to them. They talk badly about their co-workers and are very unprofessional. I don't feel they like you or your pet. Vets, back room staff are all pretty good. more

I have never written a review for anything before but feel compelled to do so after reading some of the other reviews. I brought my 11 year old Papillion dog in when she began to having seizures. It was a very serious situation and the Vets ( I saw more than one throughout the ordeal) were superb. They treated me with dignity and respect. There was at one point where we discussed the possibility of putting my dog asleep. I unexpectedly was overcome with emotion and started to cry…the Vet immediately shut the door so the other workers in the back of the office couldn’t see and gave me some privacy until I regained my composure. They took the time to watch my dog over a period of days and were able to regulate her medicine where she could have some quality of life. My dog is doing well today but ONLY because of the patience and expertise of the staff at Coastal. more

Staff made me feel unimportant, like they were too busy and wasting their time by talking with me. I had a few questions about vaccines and the woman I talked with totally blew me off. more

Called to look up my dog's file...realized I already had the information I needed and when I told the woman I was talking to this she responded "oh, well thanks for wasting my time" and hung up on me. Really? How can they treat their clients like this and still be in business? Apparently neither my pet nor I matter to them so we won't be returning. more

I took my sick dog to Coastal for a second opinion. Dr. Parker correctly diagnosed my dog. The staff at Coastal is hands down the best I've encountered. Marthi and Ashley have more compassion than any staff that I have been involved with at other vet's offices. When my husband and I moved to Charlotte and our dog became sick, Dr. Parker took the time to return my call and confirm our new vet was treating our dog in an appropriate manner. Marthi has a heart of gold, and Dr. Parker does, too. Thank you to everyone at Coastal for treating me and my dog Holly like we were the most important. You are the best! more

When bringing a sick animal to a doctor it is like your child. These people have no compassion for that. I don't know if they are too crowded with too many patients or they just really don't care. They are incredibly expensive and their "emergency" service is horrible. When your pet is sick of course money is no object but these people acted irrationally and did the most expensive route that also cost our dog probably many more months/years to live. I would not go here again. more
