Review content:
I have been coming to Santa's Village for 15 years and it is a beautiful family tradition that I have been doing with my children since they were little. Now they are ages 17 & 11 and we went last night 12/9 and the first house we went in was Mrs. Claus bakery. We walked in smiled and said Merry Christmas and as my children held thier hand out for a cookie, they were greeted by a scowling unfriendly old woman in a rocking chair who looked up at us and said, "take one and don't come back"! I said excuse me? and she said, you heard me - don't come back! We were all in shock and we had just arrived there and it was the first house we went into to! The village says it welcomes visitors of all ages but it is clear that she hates teenagers. After we exited the little house, my 11 year old daughter started crying and said that no one has the Chrstmas spirit anymore and that she wanted to leave and not go back to this place anymore. My 17 year old son was trying to console her but said he felt very sad too because this wonderful childhood memory was just crushed by a spiteful mean spirited person who was supposed to portray the loving motherly Mrs. Claus. I am dismayed, hurt and appauled that they allow such a sour puss to work in thier village. To the mean old woman handing out cookies in the little pink bakery house: you crushed years of happy memories for my children and ruined the begining of our Christmas season!
