I have had the best experiences with Rover Oaks. I completely trust the staff and facility with the care for my dog. We have used their day care, boarding, and grooming services and were satisfied with everything. My dog attends day care 1-2 times a week, when picked up she is always happy and excited after clearly having a good day with the other dogs and staff, thanks Pat! I love the pics of my dog and stories about her throughout the day.
The reservation staff for boarding is very accommodating in explaining the way things work with charges, the flexible drop-off/pick-up times, and any additional options (like day care). We had been on the waiting list for a holiday and were promptly called when a space opened up, thanks Toni! My dog returns from boarding happy and healthy, which is reassuring after a stressful trip. I have also used their nail trimming services, which were great and convenient during her stay.
I completely recommend Rover Oaks to anyone that asks!
