Review content:
I have been going to see Dr. May at GFP for over 10 years now. Please continue to read past the bad points on why I give this place five stars. I agree with most other people about long waits and the place being crowded and I have, on occasion, formally filed a complaint with Dr. May about that. I also agree that the size of the building and the parking lot being a bit small (approx 25 cars I think) don't help either. But does that stop me from going there over and over again? NO. And here is why. I go there to get first class medical care from doctors that care more about their patients than what the insurance company or the hospitals want. Period. If you are looking for anything else you should stick to "E.R." on TV. Please look at the reviews again. Long waits, crowded, unprofessional. Sounds like the description of an office that is overworked and too much in demand. Do you ask yourself why? You think people are flocking there to wait in their waiting rooms or be spoken rudely to or could it be that all those patients would rather wait in a crowded office at Grandview Family Practice than go some place where they can be seen quickly regardless of the medical care they receive? The answer should be self-evident. Five stars - no less.
