Review content:
The Georgian is in the heart of campus near the corner of sixth and armory. The rent is cheap for anywhere on campus but especially for this location. The premises were kept nice and it is a fun old building to live in. Whenever there were maintanence issues they were fixed quickly and with no hassle. The office people were courteous and helpful. All around very positive experience with Barr Real Estate and with the apartment!
