On Friday, they called and told me I had a job and to begin on Monday. I was given the address and over the weekend I drove to the location to time the commute and familiarize myself with the office.
On Monday, as I stood in the lobby in a mild panic, I was informed over the phone that they had forgotten to tell me that the only way to access the office was by private elevator, that I would need a key, and that no one was in upstairs who could let me in.
Then the Apple One coordinator sent me packing, presumably because I was "late". The stress, frustration, and emotional duress are not worth it. I will never search for a job through this company again.
