Don't go here unless you don't care about being abused by a harassment of calls prior to your appointment day from the receptionist reminding you of the minimum amount of money you need to bring and asking you over and over if you have the money. Also miss know it all on the phone is very nosey and likes to diagnose your child and scare them before they go into the room to find out that yes the tooth is repairable. Dr Parilla seemed nice at first but then his true colors came out when I asked if there could be a payment plan due to circumstances beyond my control and he stated "we don't do that" but they did about a year or two ago. Hm? Then he told me I should see a general dentist. Well what is he then? Then he sent me to the Endodontist and they were much nicer even told me I could pay later but I insisted on paying altogether on first visit. Back to dentist for crown and not happy with miss young know it all and her attitude talking down to me like I need to be explained to. Reported them to everyone online I could find. Hope they go out of business. Reported their actions also to insurance company and they had to contact the dental office to "school" them on how things work. The insurance co. told me that the lady seemed to not know alot. Dah!
