I have been going here for a few visits now and just wanted to post what a caring,gentle and professional group of people are here. I needed help but was nervous about looking for a new dentist but I am so happy I was referred by a neighbor here. If you are in their area give them a call. more

I had a nice experience from everyone at this office from the first call to the professional doctor. I am glad to have found a office like this.The most gentle shots I have ever had.Just tell the doctor you are nervous and you want the maximum anesthetic and he will take extra care of you. It worked for me! more

I have been a patient of Dr. Parilla's for the past 5 years. When I started to see him I had a number of problems due to my own neglect of my teeth. I never realized how important my own dental health was and never made my teeth a priority. Dr. Parilla is very caring and has always taken the time to explain options and procedures. He has also used digital photography. This has allowed me to clearly see the improvements that have been made every step of the way. I have had many complicated issues and I am so happy with the outcome. It is hard to open your mouth and see the work that has been completed. The digital photography allows you to see the before and after photos. I can not thank Dr. Parilla enough for everything that he has done for me. His staff has also been very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Cumberland Dental to anyone looking for a excellent dentist. more

Good: Dentist fixe my chip and was nice to me. Bad: Lady at desk called me over and told me the doctor won't be able to fix that tooth. Not true and my mom got real mad. She yelled at her because it made me feel funny but it all turned out ok later. I got scared to know one front tooth will be cut in two.. Improvements: Let the dentist do his job next time and lady do her papers. My mom says she is not a dentist.. more

Don't go here unless you don't care about being abused by a harassment of calls prior to your appointment day from the receptionist reminding you of the minimum amount of money you need to bring and asking you over and over if you have the money. Also miss know it all on the phone is very nosey and likes to diagnose your child and scare them before they go into the room to find out that yes the tooth is repairable. Dr Parilla seemed nice at first but then his true colors came out when I asked if there could be a payment plan due to circumstances beyond my control and he stated "we don't do that" but they did about a year or two ago. Hm? Then he told me I should see a general dentist. Well what is he then? Then he sent me to the Endodontist and they were much nicer even told me I could pay later but I insisted on paying altogether on first visit. Back to dentist for crown and not happy with miss young know it all and her attitude talking down to me like I need to be explained to. Reported them to everyone online I could find. Hope they go out of business. Reported their actions also to insurance company and they had to contact the dental office to "school" them on how things work. The insurance co. told me that the lady seemed to not know alot. Dah! more

Very careful dentists, who will not pressure you to undertake every procedure known to mankind, but definitely explain all your options. The hygienists are pretty careful and gentle and make going to the dentist and teeth cleaings much more pleasant than a lot of places. And do not forget your free toothbrush!! more
