I have a bank account with Whitney Bank.
They gave me a debit card and check book.
Now I had 2 checks go through and I had a problem getting to the bank (thought I could get to the bank before the checks did). Anyway, they bounced.
The bank felt it was necessary to take my check card/debit card away. They put it so that it would come up as LOST or STOLEN!
I got no letter from them about this!
After going and talking to the mgr of the bank, she said if I was good with my account, they'd see about giving the check card back to me in 3 MONTHS!
I totally dislike this bank!
I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
I was warned not to go there, too bad I didn't listen!
