I ordered a pair of earrings from Annabellagio's website, www.annabellagio.com and was told it would take 13 days to ship my order (which I thought was way to long) I then received a phone call on day 14 saying my order would be delivered in another 6 days... that it was on back order this whole time and they never mentioned it.
Their jewelry is very beautiful, but be aware it can take a lot longer to receive your order than they lead you to believe.
