Very large, slightly overwhelming library located in downtown Portland. Contains massive amounts of information, ranging from books to microfiche. I do recommend this library however, as it becomes less intimidating as one learns their way around. They have a lovely children's section, and they offer reading incentive programs for them and a schedule of storytimes for different age groups. Bathrooms are clean, and they do have water drinking fountains. They do a good job with handicap accessibility. The front desk staff are highly organized and prompt. Overall, it's a great library.
