My wife and I have used Linde in the past with no real complaints. However, they lost two items (two pairs of expensive dress pants) on our most recent order and then claimed (rather rudely) that they never got them--DESPITE the fact that we had a RECEIPT showing that we had, in fact, given them the items. Needless to say, we will not be giving them our business in the future. Caveat emptor!
