My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Konditor Meister and spent a lot of time with a consultant who seemed to take good notes of what we wanted. What a disappointment on our wedding day, however!!! The cake's fondant had cracked in several places, and the colors and design were COMPLETELY wrong!! it was as if they gave us someone else's cake. While the cake tasted good, we were so disappointed. They provided no explanation or apology. Their mistake was a surprise because our extended family has always relied on Konditor Meister for birthdays. Seems they can handle small events such as birthdays when cakes don't vary much from their standard offerings, but if it is a very important occasion don't trust them.
