I contacted Atria regarding assisted living facilities for someone in my family. I had lots of questions and the admissions rep was very kind to not make me feel rushed or wrong to ask so many questions. She was very helpful and even told me she would do further research on some things for me to aide me in calculating finances and whether the facility would be feasible or not. I was very impressed so far just with the phone call I made.
