We went in to change a tire, it was a good tire (our spare is a full size) and we asked that the spare be returned to the spare thingy under the car, they agreed. The spare is new, just purchased in November, we had a flat, put the spare on and were replacing the tire... All our tires are the same except for the spare which is a goodyear.
Needless to say, I took my car in for service and guess what... No spare... They never gave me back my spare. True they gave me a partial refund of my purchase for the spare, but can you belive they let someone go on the road without the spare.
AVOID THEM!
