I’ve taken my Ford in for a check up that lasted over a month. The car was 7 years old and had never had anything more done to it other than routine maintenance (oil changes, new tires and brakes). I asked for a check up to make sure that everything was in order. There were a few things found that were addressed and replaced. The other thing I took the car in for was to change out a back door rubber seal. The seal had split and separated so that it leaked air and water. This seal took 4 trips back to the service department and it’s still not right. I would think twice about going back there for maintenance again.
