They were amazing! I've never seen so many balloons. My son had broken his leg and we wanted his 4th birthday to be super special since he was in a body cast all year. We went there and they made balloons with his name, his favorite characters, in the number four and truly listened to what we wanted. She acted like the most important job she had was making my little boy happy. You don't find service like that very often! It was nice to be approached with help but not pressured.
