They were SO helpful. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with our 4 year old Pekignese Wiley. They sent us to New Haven Hospital where they found he had deformed kidneys, he was going downhill fast. Within a month of his first symptoms he couldn't even walk. We had to put him to sleep which is very hard, but they were great. They offered us his ashes, gave us a lock of his hair and let my husband go in with him to comfort him. They knew our pain and offered alot of support for us. We have 6 dogs, now 5 and would never see any other vet.
