I am so grateful I found Barbara Jicha. The State Board decided that I owed money after paying my estimated quarterly taxes because I made too much profit on my stocks last year. Barbara took all my receipts, filed paperwork and did other hocus-pocus that I don't really understand, but the State sent me a letter agreeing that I was paid up! Thanks, Barbara!
