I had been to Mr. Movies on 34th Street S.E. in Cedar Rapids for a grand total of three times to rent movies. Today I got a call claiming two titles were overdue. What! I returned them on time. After calling the clerk who had left the message, she said that "this happens" and she would check on the titles and then call me. That was this afternoon and it is almost closing time by now. She never called. Maybe this was just a mistake, but I don't like to be told that I haven't returned rentals when i have. I may be going back to Blockbuster or just getting free movies at the library.
