I had my formal engagement party at this hotel. The grand ballroom itself was very nice. the chandliers were exceptionally beautiful. However the compliemnts end here. The service was absolutely horrendous. They were mean and extremly rude to my guests. They would not serve some of the children because they said that they ran out of kids meals...even though less people showed up than expected. The food that was served was also different than what we agreed upon. The chicken was cold and rubbery and the bread was stale. Overall this is a beautiful hotel but the food and service needs a face lift. Disappointing!!
