I was having problems hearing clearly what my wife would say when her back was turned to me. She called it selective hearing. Haha! But, I thought I'd better find out what was going on. I stopped by Beltone for a check up. It was nothing serious - thank God. They suggested that I get an over the counter wax removal system and all is well once again.
